BoxKit operates the BoxKit: PO Box Blocker Pro Shopify application at poboxblocker.iconsultifyapps.com.
What we collect
- Shop settings: blocking rules, error messages, and plan status.
- Analytics metadata (Pro): check timestamps, block result, reason, country, region, postal code, product title, vendor, and shipping method. We do not store full street addresses.
- Support messages: name, email, and message content.
- Session data: Shopify OAuth session tokens.
Retention
Pro analytics are retained up to 12 months. Shop data is deleted after uninstall via Shopify compliance webhooks.
